This Return Policy applies to products and services purchased from Thrivesweep through thrivesweep.world. We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).
2. Coaching Sessions
Discovery Sessions and Anchor Mapping Workshops may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with sufficient notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Digital Products
The 30-Day Micro-Habit Guide is delivered digitally upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the materials have not been substantially accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact us with your order details.
